To the best of our knowledge there are four variations of this set. There are several differences throughout the sets. The primary difference in the sets is around the swimming pool area so we have used that to identify them. This set has been quite a challenge to put together with the proper figures and it is still possible that pieces were used arbitrarily. We have the first set shown new in the box so for the sake of pinning this down, we are assuming that it is correct and always came with the pieces we have shown although this MAY not be true. As most of you know, the pictures on the boxes aren't trustworthy but we have discovered that the variations are shown with a certain set of figures so we have gone forward on that premise. If anyone has the other three sets new in the box and can help with the pieces that go with them, please let us know. By the way, just to throw a bit more confusion in the works, this set was also distributed as "Playtime Mansion Playset"
